  • Applicants must have had at least 3 years of postdoctoral experience in the field of Medical Mycology.
  • Applicants must have an MD/ MBBCh or PhD in Microbiology, Immunology, or another relevant discipline.
  • Applicants must have experience in (co)-supervision of postgraduate students and/or junior staff.
  • Applicants must also have a track record of peer-reviewed publications in international journals.


Nationality: Scholarships are only open to South African applicants.
